633.299 - ORDER APPOINTING EXECUTOR.

        633.299  ORDER APPOINTING EXECUTOR.         If a petition for appointment of an executor has been filed, the      order admitting the will to probate shall include appointment of an      executor thereof, unless the court or clerk shall determine that no      appointment should be made at such time.
