633.270 - CONTRACTUAL OR MUTUAL WILLS.

        633.270  CONTRACTUAL OR MUTUAL WILLS.         No will shall be construed to be contractual or mutual, unless in      such will the testator shall expressly state the intent that such      will shall be so construed.
