633.187 - LIMITATION OF ACTION ON BOND.

        633.187  LIMITATION OF ACTION ON BOND.         No proceedings upon the bond of a fiduciary shall be brought      subsequent to two years after the discharge of the fiduciary or six      months after the discovery of fraud, whichever is later.
