633.182 - QUALIFICATIONS FOR SURETIES.

        633.182  QUALIFICATIONS FOR SURETIES.         Qualifications for sureties on probate bonds shall be the same as      those provided by section 636.4 or section 636.14, provided, however,      that no attorney shall act as surety on any such bond.
