633.16 - CONTROL OF PROBATE RECORDS.

        633.16  CONTROL OF PROBATE RECORDS.         The court shall have jurisdiction and supervision of the probate      records of the clerk, and may direct the destruction of records it      deems to be old, obsolete or unnecessary.
