625A.7 - TRANSMISSION.

        625A.7  TRANSMISSION.         The transcript of any paper or exhibit required for use in an      appellate court may be transmitted thereto by the clerk of the trial      court by express or other safe and speedy method, but not by a party      or any attorney of a party.
