607A.46 - DELINQUENCY OF OFFICERS.

        607A.46  DELINQUENCY OF OFFICERS.         A judicial officer, court employee, or other governmental official      who intentionally fails to perform a legal duty imposed by this      chapter, or who acts with willful malfeasance in the discharge of a      legal duty imposed by this chapter, commits a serious misdemeanor.
