602.7103A - PART-TIME ASSOCIATE JUVENILE JUDGE -- APPOINTMENT -- REMOVAL -- QUALIFICATIONS.

        602.7103A  PART-TIME ASSOCIATE JUVENILE JUDGE --      APPOINTMENT -- REMOVAL -- QUALIFICATIONS.         The chief judge may appoint and may remove for cause with due      process a part-time associate juvenile judge.  The part-time      associate juvenile judge shall be an attorney admitted to practice      law in this state, and shall be qualified for duties by training and      experience.
