602.4301 - CLERK OF SUPREME COURT.

        602.4301  CLERK OF SUPREME COURT.         1.  The supreme court shall appoint a clerk of the supreme court      and may remove the clerk for cause.         2.  The clerk of the supreme court shall have an office at the      seat of government, shall keep a complete record of the proceedings      of the court, and shall not allow an opinion filed in the office to      be removed.  Opinions shall be open to examination and, upon request,      may be copied and certified.  The clerk promptly shall announce by      ordinary or electronic mail to one of the attorneys on each side any      ruling made or decision rendered, shall record every opinion rendered      as soon as filed, shall send by ordinary or electronic mail a copy of      each opinion rendered to each attorney of record and to each party      not represented by counsel, and shall perform all other duties      pertaining to the office of clerk.         3.  The clerk of the supreme court shall collect and account to      the state court administrator for all fees received by the supreme      court.         4.  The clerk of the supreme court shall give bond as provided in      chapter 64.
