602.1613 - COURT EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT.

        602.1613  COURT EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT.         Court employees are members of the Iowa public employees'      retirement system under chapter 97B, except as otherwise provided in      chapter 97B or this chapter.
