602.10134 - PLEA OF GUILTY OR FAILURE TO PLEAD.

        602.10134  PLEA OF GUILTY OR FAILURE TO PLEAD.         If the accused plead guilty, or fail to answer, the court shall      proceed to render such judgment as the case requires.
