        602.10107  TEMPORARY APPOINTMENTS -- EXPENSES.         The supreme court may appoint from time to time, when necessary,      temporary examiners to assist the board, who shall receive their      actual and necessary expenses to be paid from funds appropriated to      the board.         The members of the board authorized to grade examinations shall      make the final decision on passage or failure of each applicant,      subject to the rules of the supreme court.  The board shall, also,      recommend to the supreme court for admission to practice law in this      state all applicants who pass the examination and who meet the      requisite character requirements.  The supreme court shall make the      final decision in determining who shall be admitted.
