600B.22 - DEATH OF DEFENDANT.

        600B.22  DEATH OF DEFENDANT.         In case of the death of the defendant the action may be prosecuted      against the personal representative of the deceased with like effects      as if he were living, subject as regards the measure of support to      the provision of section 600B.6.
