600.25 - PENDING PARENTAL RIGHTS UNAFFECTED.

        600.25  PENDING PARENTAL RIGHTS UNAFFECTED.         A termination of parental rights proceeding or an adoption      proceeding pending on January 1, 1977, or a release of parental      rights or affidavit of consent or consent to adopt properly given      prior to January 1, 1977 shall not be affected by the provisions of      chapter 600A.
