600.19 - AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE.

        600.19  AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE.         The amount of financial assistance for maintenance shall not      exceed the amount the department would normally spend for foster care      of the child.  The amount of financial assistance for special      services shall not exceed the amount the department would normally      spend if it were to provide these services.
