598.22D - SEPARATE FUND OR CONSERVATORSHIP FOR SUPPORT.

        598.22D  SEPARATE FUND OR CONSERVATORSHIP FOR      SUPPORT.         The court may protect and promote the best interests of a minor      child by setting aside a portion of the child support which either      party is ordered to pay in a separate fund or conservatorship for the      support, education, and welfare of the child.
