596.10 - ENFORCEMENT -- VOID MARRIAGE.

        596.10  ENFORCEMENT -- VOID MARRIAGE.         If a marriage is determined to be void, an agreement that would      otherwise have been a premarital agreement is enforceable only to the      extent necessary to avoid an inequitable result.
