536.21 - RULES.
536.21 RULES. The superintendent is hereby authorized and empowered to make such reasonable and relevant rules as may be necessary for the execution and the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, in addition hereto and not inconsistent herewith. All rules shall be filed and entered by the superintendent in the banking division of the department of commerce in an indexed, permanent book or record, with the effective date thereof suitably indicated, and such book or record shall be a public document.
