534.703 FEES -- FOREIGN ASSOCIATIONS. Foreign building and loan or savings and loan associations shall pay to the superintendent the following fees, which shall be paid by the superintendent into the state treasury: For an application to do business in this state, two hundred dollars; for a certificate of authority or an annual renewal of a certificate, one hundred dollars; for filing an annual statement of the assets of the association as shown by the statement filed, amounts to fifty thousand dollars or less, six dollars; if more than fifty thousand dollars and less than one hundred thousand dollars, ten dollars; if one hundred thousand dollars or more and less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars, twenty dollars; if two hundred fifty thousand dollars or more, and less than five hundred thousand dollars, forty dollars; if five hundred thousand dollars or more and less than one million dollars, sixty dollars; and if one million dollars or more, one hundred dollars.Section History: Early Form
