534.201 GENERAL LENDING POWERS. An association may, subject to any applicable restrictions under this chapter and rules adopted by the superintendent, loan money, extend credit, discount or purchase the vendor's interest in real estate contracts, and discount or purchase other evidences of indebtedness and agreements for the payment of money.
