533.406 - STATE CREDIT UNION MERGER, CONVERSION, OR DISSOLUTION.

        533.406  STATE CREDIT UNION MERGER, CONVERSION, OR      DISSOLUTION.         Notwithstanding section 533.301, subsection 25, a state credit      union shall comply with the state law requirements for merger,      conversion, or dissolution of a state credit union.
