524.218 REGULATION AND EXAMINATION OF SERVICES. A state bank shall not cause to be performed by contract or otherwise, any bank services, of a type referred to in section 524.804 for itself or any affiliate, whether on or off its premises, unless the person performing such services will be subject to supervision, regulation, and examination by the superintendent to the same extent as if such services were being performed by the state bank itself on its own premises.
