        524.1606  FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING OR NOTICE.         A state bank shall not publish, disseminate or distribute any      advertising or notice containing any false, misleading or deceptive      statements concerning the rates, terms or conditions on which loans      are made or deposits are received, any charge which the state bank is      authorized to impose pursuant to this chapter, or the financial      condition of the state bank. Any officer or employee of a state bank      who willfully violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty      of a fraudulent practice.
