524.1420 - NONCONFORMING ASSETS OF RESULTING STATE BANK.

        524.1420  NONCONFORMING ASSETS OF RESULTING STATE      BANK.         If a merger or conversion results in a state bank subject to the      provisions of this chapter, and the resulting state bank has assets      which do not conform with the provisions of this chapter, the      superintendent may allow the resulting state bank a reasonable time      to conform with state law.
