524.1418 SUCCESSION TO FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTS AND APPOINTMENTS -- APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF NEW FIDUCIARY. The provisions of section 524.1009 apply to a resulting state or national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association after a conversion with the same effect as though the state or national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association were a party to a plan of merger, and the conversion were a merger, within the provisions of that section.
