524.108 - APPLICABILITY OF SAFE DEPOSIT PROVISIONS.

        524.108  APPLICABILITY OF SAFE DEPOSIT PROVISIONS.         The provisions of sections 524.809 to 524.812 shall apply, to the      extent applicable, to any person engaged in this state in the      business of leasing safe deposit boxes for the storage of property.
