523I.501 - CEMETERY AUTHORIZED.

        523I.501  CEMETERY AUTHORIZED.         The governing body of a governmental subdivision may purchase,      establish, operate, enclose, improve, or regulate a cemetery.  A      cemetery owned or operated by a governmental subdivision may sell      interment rights subject to the provisions of this chapter.
