523I.303 - ACCESS BY FUNERAL DIRECTORS.

        523I.303  ACCESS BY FUNERAL DIRECTORS.         A cemetery shall not deny access to a licensed funeral director      who is conducting funeral services or supervising the interment or      disinterment of human remains.
