        523I.211  FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.         A person who commits any of the following acts commits a      fraudulent practice which is punishable as provided in chapter 714:         1.  Knowingly fails to comply with any requirement of this      chapter.         2.  Knowingly makes, causes to be made, or subscribes to a false      statement or representation in a report or other document required      under this chapter, or implementing rules or orders, or renders such      a report or document misleading through the deliberate omission of      information properly belonging in the report or document.         3.  Conspires to defraud in connection with the sale of memorials,      memorialization, opening and closing services, scattering services,      interment rights, or a combination thereof under this chapter.         4.  Fails to deposit funds under this chapter or withdraws funds      in a manner inconsistent with this chapter.         5.  Knowingly sells memorials, memorialization, opening and      closing services, scattering services, interment rights, or a      combination thereof without the permits required under this chapter.         6.  Deliberately misrepresents or omits a material fact relative      to the sale of memorials, memorialization, opening and closing      services, scattering services, interment rights, or a combination      thereof.
