        523I.204  COURT ACTION FOR FAILURE TO COOPERATE.         1.  If a person fails or refuses to file a statement or report or      to produce any books, accounts, papers, correspondence, memoranda,      purchase agreements, files, or other documents or records, or to obey      a subpoena issued by the commissioner, the commissioner may refer the      matter to the attorney general, who may apply to a district court to      enforce compliance.  The court may order any or all of the following:         a.  Injunctive relief restricting or prohibiting the offer or      sale of memorials, memorialization, opening and closing services,      scattering services, interment rights, or a combination thereof.         b.  Production of documents or records including but not      limited to books, accounts, papers, correspondence, memoranda,      purchase agreements, files, or other documents or records.         c.  Such other relief as may be required.         2.  A court order issued pursuant to subsection 1 is effective      until the person files the statement or report or produces the      documents requested, or obeys the subpoena.
