523A.604 - PURCHASE AGREEMENTS -- NUMBERING.

        523A.604  PURCHASE AGREEMENTS -- NUMBERING.         Purchase agreements for cemetery merchandise, funeral merchandise,      funeral services, or a combination thereof shall be sequentially      numbered by each seller in compliance with procedures specified by      the commissioner by rules adopted under chapter 17A.
