523.2 CONDITIONS. The commissioner of insurance shall promulgate such rules with respect to the solicitation and voting of proxies as will in the commissioner's opinion best protect the interests of all stockholders or policyholders from whom they are solicited. Any violation of any rule promulgated hereunder shall be deemed a simple misdemeanor.Section History: Early Form
