520.8 REPORTS -- LIMITATIONS ON RISKS. There shall be filed with the commissioner of insurance by such attorney whenever the commissioner of insurance shall so require, a statement under oath of such attorney showing the maximum amount of indemnity upon a single risk, and, except as to workers' compensation insurance, no subscriber shall assume on any single risk an amount greater than ten percent of the net worth of such subscriber.
