518C.5 BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the association shall consist of the officers and directors of the mutual insurance association of Iowa or its successor association. An officer and director of the mutual insurance association of Iowa shall serve in the same capacity on the association board as the officer or director serves the mutual insurance association of Iowa or its successor association.
