518.16 SOLICITING APPLICATION FOR INSURANCE -- LICENSE REQUIRED. A person shall not solicit any application for insurance for an association in this state without having procured from the commissioner of insurance a license authorizing the person to act as an insurance producer pursuant to chapter 522B.
