516E.18 - PUBLIC ACCESS TO RECORDS.

        516E.18  PUBLIC ACCESS TO RECORDS.         1.  The administrator shall keep a register of all filings and      orders which have been entered.  The register shall be open for      public inspection.         2.  Upon request and for a reasonable fee, the administrator shall      furnish to any person copies of any register entry or any document      which is a matter of public record and not confidential.  Copies      shall be available during normal business hours and may be certified      upon request.  In any administrative, civil, or criminal proceeding,      a certified copy is prima facie evidence of the contents of the      document certified.         3.  Pursuant to chapter 22, the administrator may maintain the      confidentiality of information obtained during an investigation or      audit.
