515D.9 - RENEWAL NOT A WAIVER OR ESTOPPEL.

        515D.9  RENEWAL NOT A WAIVER OR ESTOPPEL.         Renewal of a policy shall not constitute a waiver or estoppel with      respect to grounds for cancellation which existed before the      effective date of renewal.
