515.138 NOTICE OF LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY BY HAIL. In case of loss or damage to growing crops by hail, notice of such loss or damage must be given to the company by the insured by mailing a certified mail letter within ten days from the time such loss or damage occurs.
