515.12A - ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM SURPLUS LEVELS.

        515.12A  ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM SURPLUS LEVELS.         A mutual company authorized to transact business under this      chapter shall comply with the minimum surplus requirements of section      515.12 or chapter 521E, whichever is greater.
