514B.25 - FINANCIALLY IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS.

        514B.25  FINANCIALLY IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT HEALTH      MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS.         The provisions of chapter 507C shall apply to health maintenance      organizations, which shall be considered insurers for the purposes of      chapter 507C.
