508.4 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES -- BYLAWS. All amendments to the articles of incorporation of companies already organized under the laws of this state shall be approved in like manner. A company shall file with the commissioner bylaws and subsequent amendments to such bylaws within thirty days of the adoption of such bylaws and amendments.
