504.1605 LIMITATIONS ON USE OF CORPORATE RECORDS. Without consent of the board, no corporate record may be obtained or used by any person for any purpose unrelated to a member's interest as a member. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, without the consent of the board, corporate records, including without limitation a membership list or any part thereof, shall not be used for any of the following: 1. To solicit money or property unless such money or property will be used solely to solicit the votes of the members in an election to be held by the corporation. 2. For any commercial purpose. 3. For sale to or purchase by any person. 4. For any purpose that is detrimental to the interests of the corporation.Section History: Recent Form
