504.113 FILING, SERVICE, AND COPYING FEES. 1. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees, as provided by the secretary of state, when the documents described in this subsection are delivered for filing: DOCUMENT FEE a. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover the fee paid the secretary of state as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding. 3.
