        501A.205  FEES.         1.  The secretary shall collect the following fees when documents      described in this subsection are delivered to the secretary's office      for filing:                  a.  Articles of organization ....................   $ 50                  b.  Application for use of indistinguishable               name ....................                $ 10                  c.  Application for reserved name ....................   $ 10                  d.  Notice of transfer of reserved name   $ 10                  e.  Application for registered name per month               or part thereof ....................     $  2                  f. The secretary shall collect a fee of five dollars each time      process is served on the secretary under this chapter.  The party to      a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this      fee as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.         3.  The secretary shall collect the following fees for copying and      certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic      cooperative or foreign cooperative:         a.  One dollar a page for copying.         b.  Five dollars for the certificate.
