499B.9 - REMOVAL NO BAR TO SUBSEQUENT RESUBMISSION.

        499B.9  REMOVAL NO BAR TO SUBSEQUENT RESUBMISSION.         The removal provided for in section 499B.8 shall in no way bar the      subsequent resubmission of the property to the provisions of this      chapter.
