499A.7 - REORGANIZING PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF TERM.

        499A.7  REORGANIZING PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF TERM.         The directors or members of any cooperative organized under this      chapter may reorganize the cooperative, and all the property and      rights of the cooperative shall vest in the cooperative as      reorganized.
