499.34 - PATRONAGE DIVIDEND CERTIFICATES.

        499.34  PATRONAGE DIVIDEND CERTIFICATES.         If its articles or bylaws so provide, an association may issue      transferable or nontransferable certificates for deferred patronage      dividends.
