491.56 - EXPIRATION AND CLOSING OF BUSINESS.

        491.56  EXPIRATION AND CLOSING OF BUSINESS.         Corporations whose charters expire by limitation or the voluntary      act of the stockholders may nevertheless continue to act for the      purpose of winding up their affairs.
