491.17 NOTICE OF INCORPORATION. A notice must be published once each week for four weeks in succession in some newspaper as convenient as practicable to the principal place of business, which must contain: 1. The name of the corporation and its principal place of business. 2. The general nature of the business to be transacted. 3. The amount of capital stock authorized, and the times and conditions on which it is to be paid in. 4. The time of the commencement and existence of the corporation. 5. By what officers or persons its affairs are to be conducted, and the times when and manner in which they will be elected. 6.
