491.13 - PLACE OF BUSINESS.

        491.13  PLACE OF BUSINESS.         Any corporation organized under the laws of this state shall fix      upon and designate in its articles of incorporation its principal      place of business which must be in this state, and if outside the      limits of a city then its post-office address must be given.  The      place of business so designated shall not be changed except through      an amendment to its articles of incorporation.         When a corporation changes its principal place of business from      one county to another, an amendment for this purpose shall be filed      with the secretary of state, recorded in the office of the recorder      of deeds of the county of the previous place of business, and then      said amendment together with the articles of incorporation and all      amendments thereto shall be filed with the recorder of deeds of the      county to which said corporation's principal place of business is      changed.
